Terms of Service

These terms apply to website design, local SEO, and ongoing care/SEO plan services provided by Sul Digital to clients across the Algarve and beyond.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are fixed-price and agreed in writing before work begins. Package prices shown on this site (Starter, Business, Growth) reflect standard scope; custom requirements outside that scope will be quoted separately before any additional work starts.

Project process

Once a project is commissioned, we'll confirm scope, timeline, and any content or assets needed from you. Delivery timelines quoted (e.g. "live in 7 days") begin once all required content and access have been provided by the client. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds; further revisions beyond that scope may incur an additional charge, agreed in advance.

Ownership

On full payment, you own your domain, website files, and content outright. There is no lock-in — if you choose to move to another provider or take your site in-house, we'll hand everything over without additional fees.

Support

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes related to the original scope of work. Ongoing monthly care and SEO plans are billed separately and can be cancelled with notice as agreed at signup.

Payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or credit card. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion — specific terms are confirmed at the quote stage.

Liability

We aim to deliver accurate, functioning websites, but cannot guarantee specific search ranking positions, traffic, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our direct control (including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions).
