Sul Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a website design and local SEO service operating in the Algarve, Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and phone/WhatsApp number
• Details you provide about your business, project, or enquiry

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a project you've commissioned, or provide ongoing services (such as a monthly care or SEO plan) you've agreed to.

How we store it

Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to how your submission is transmitted and stored on their systems before it reaches our inbox. We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law (for example, invoicing and tax records under Portuguese regulations).

Your rights
