For most Algarve small businesses, the honest answer is 5 to 14 working days from the moment we have everything we need from you. Here is the breakdown.

Starter Website: 5 to 7 working days

A 3-page professional website covering your key services, contact information, and basic local SEO. This is the fastest turnaround we offer. The timeline assumes we have received your business information, preferred photos, and any logo or branding files before we start.

Business Website: 10 to 14 working days

A 5-page custom site with gallery, booking system or enquiry form, full on-page SEO, and Google Analytics setup. More pages and more functionality means more build time. Three rounds of revisions are built into this timeline.

Growth Website plus SEO: 10 to 14 days for the site, ongoing for SEO

The website itself is delivered on the same timeline as the Business package. Local SEO results, however, are not instant. Google typically takes 4 to 12 weeks to index and begin ranking new content. We set realistic expectations from the start.

What slows a project down?

In our experience, the most common cause of delays is waiting for content from the client. If you provide photos, business information, and copy quickly, your project moves quickly. We send a short questionnaire at the start to gather everything we need efficiently.

Revision rounds also affect timeline. We build defined revision windows into every project. Unlimited back-and-forth is not included and would make accurate delivery dates impossible to give.

What can you do to speed it up?

• Have your logo file ready in a vector or high-resolution format.
• Prepare 5 to 10 good quality photos of your business, team, or products before we start.
• Write a short paragraph about what your business does and who your customers are. We can expand on this or write it for you as an add-on.
• Respond to our questionnaire and revision requests within 24 hours.
